Once you have successfully checked in and tagged your bags, follow these simple steps to drop them off:
Over 20kg: The system will display an error message. Please take your bag(s) to the Manual Bag Check In Counters for assistance and payment of excess baggage.
If need help, do approach any of our staff in uniform.
Alight at Harbourfront Bus Interchange. Cross the bridge into Harbourfront Tower One, walk to the end of the building lobby to reach the new terminal.
At Harbourfront Station Exit A Bus-stop (14129):
10, 30, 57, 61, 65, 80, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145 & 166
Opposite Harbourfront Interchange bus-stop (14121):
10, 30, 61, 65, 80, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145, 166 & 855
At Harbourfront Bus Interchange (14009):
65, 80, 93, 188, 855 & 963
Private hire vehicles and taxis may alight guests at the drive-through drop-off zone at Singapore Cruise Centre (Harbourfront).
The nearest carparks can be found at Harbourfront Tower 1, Keppel Bay Carpark, Keppel Bay Tower and vicinity.
Alight at Harbourfront MRT Station (Circle Line/North-East Line) and exit the station via Exit B or C into Harbourfront Centre.
From Harbourfront Centre, lobby C, cross the road to reach the new terminal.
