The following is a guide on ferry check-in procedure. You may refer to the relevant ferry operators you will be travelling on for more details.
You may purchase your tickets online via various ferry operators website or via walk-in at any of the ferry operator counters.
HarbourFront Passenger Terminal – Level 2 & 3 of HarbourFront Centre
Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal – Terminal Concourse
You may print out your physical boarding pass online (if available) via the ferry operators’ website or check-in at their counters.
You may check-in your baggage at the baggage check-in counters (if any).
Opens 60 minutes before departure
Closes 20 minutes before the ferry departure time.
Please take note of the baggage allowance and charges below.

Gate opens 45 minutes before trip departure.
Gate closes 15 minutes before trip departure.
Please have your passport & boarding pass ready for security check.
Remove items in your pockets, etc in advance to prepare for security screening.
