Collect Baggage

Please check and ensure that you are collecting the correct baggage.

Customs

Please use the Green Channel for your baggage clearance if you do not have controlled or prohibited items to declare and have not exceeded your Duty Free Concession or GST relief. Please use the Red Channel if you have items to declare or if in doubt.

For dutiable goods & items, you may refer to Singapore Customs website for exact details. 

(1) For your convenience, we encourage you to make an advance declaration and payment of duty/GST for your overseas purchases using the Customs@SG web portal. Alternatively, you may declare and make payment at the Customs Declaration Kiosks which are located inside the Arrival Hall and please note that only e-payments (major credit cards, mobile wallets, NETS and Cashcards) are accepted.

Security

Before arriving in Singapore, please take note of the list of prohibited items in Singapore.

Arrival Lobby

Please check that you have collected your baggage. You may proceed for your onward transportation.
